Take H.175 from Kaufman, thru Athens into Frankston (do not take Lake Palestine turn-off in Poyner). Turn north in Frankston on H.155 (toward Tyler). At 5.2m. you will see RV park on left, cross a bridge and proceed thru Coffee City past Coffee Landing Restaurant, video store, and service station.
At 6.6m.-- second street past Fat Dog Store on left and a small field--turn left onto Pine Street (before mile-long bridge). Disregard Private Road sign. We are the second house on right on lake.
From Austin
Approximately 4 hours northeast of Austin on Hwy 79, and 4 hours north of Houston on I45 & Hwy 79 to Palestine, then Hwy 155 to Frankston and toward Tyler. 5.2m. north of Frankston, you will see RV park on left, cross a bridge and proceed thru Coffee City past Coffee Landing Restaurant, video store, and service station.
